We were attracted to campus view apt. because of there townhouse's. Once here we really enjoyed the community,nice quiet environment,family atmosphere,they maintain a clean surrounding,work orders are carry out at a pretty reasonable time! we don't have no regrets,when our rentals agreement up's we don't second guess what to do...we renew it! In will continue too.
This year upon renewing our lease the management allowed us to renew at same price,without increasing the rate. this turn out to be very helpful! We really appreciate the office staff,there willingness to help make things much better. So if you're thinking about relocating you might want to check out Campus view Apt.
