I warn anyone thinking about moving into this dump! They will try and fool you with the name change do to being bought out by a corporation, which is never good, and trying to feed you BS about how all there apartments are renovated and have everything new blah blah blah!!! Woopdy do, they put horrible new burber carpet in, that is meant for busy office buildings so that it withstands abuse and last longer....not meant for in your home if you ever mean to walk around barefoot. Oh, and lets paint one wall and call it an "accent" wall, give me a break! New towel bars! Who gives a rats ass' The fact of the matter is, they want to make you think that its high class, but its still small apartments with no storage in an extremely unsafe enviornment!!! They actually boast that they are the only gated community! Duh, thats because they are so unbelievable unsafe that they need gates, just like houses in the ghetto need bars on there windows! The new girls in the office are pretentions, bitchy, fake, snotty women who I actually heard talking ---- about the tenants, in between telling each other how skinny each of them were! Im serious! I guess they need to make each other think they are something special! They put all this money into "lanscape renovation", but has anyone noticed that it is only around the leasing office, and the entrance into the complex' God forbid they do something about the other grassy areas that the grass is now yellow and dead due to all the dog pee that is there, including that big grassy area next to the cabana where children like to play!! They allow dogs in this complex, but have no area designated for them to go to the bathroom, leaving whatever area that tenants choose to go, which is extemely unsanitary, especially considering that they dont make sure that these people are cleaning up after the dogs! I cannot even let my children play in the grass for all the dog poop! And forget about the play area for the kids, it is overtaken by older, unsupervised kids who fight and cuss and act in ways you dont want your young children around! Was anyone else disturbed by the swat team yesterday'''' After being woken up by this bust of somesort, I was approached by a security gard there that informed me and the other tenants of all the gang and drug activity going on in the complex! Real safe, huh' The leasing snots will try to convince you of this, but they are new to this area, and have no clue! I strongly suggest that no one moves into this place, and dont be so foolish as to think that adding some paint and carpet makes this a good place to live! Corporations do not care about you, and they would sooner see you living on the streets than make sure your living experience is good, as long as you have your money to them by the 3rd of the month, they want nothing further to do with you! If you want any more info, do research on Stonehaven apartments...they may have changed the name, but it didnt change anything else!

I agree that people should pick up after thier pets- nothing sucks more then stepping in *#!*. I have lived here since 2005 i admit in the begining it wasnt maintained as i would have liked but i am as happy as someone could be living in an apartment. Yes the Seattle swat team was here, I spoke with an officer and they were tipped off that the guy they were looking for was here at a friends house. They arressted him for a crime committed in Seattle and he didn't live here- not much that can be done about that and it ended well. They got the bad guy. Unfortunatley crime is everywhere, and our complex has improved as well as the quality of my nieghbors. I have a FW detective as a close friend and he tells me that the # of calls to our community has significantly decreased- so do pull reports- I think you'd be surprised. I also like the security they have here for 8 hours everynight- they stop the tail gating and respond quickly. I called once because my nieghbors music was loud- it was off in less then ten minutes, I was thankful. I am alot happier with the office staff then in the years to pass, they are all really nice and I have never heard them say anything bad or boast to each other- but whatever! I found that people who put people down are just jealous or extremely unhappy with themselves.

I think the previous response was by a manager. Whoever wrote the response obviously doesn't have a degree in psychology, since they are totally unaware there may be a highly legitimate reason for renter concern--all these folks writing about snotty management can't be wrong---all the concerns are valid and legitimate. We are all trying to tell people---THINK before moving here, don't let this happen to you---this management is responsible for uprooting families. Their Karma won't be far behind, trust me.
