I have lived here since begining of 05, I like it. I love my apartment it has two master bedrooms its great for my roommate and I. I love the re-done basketball court and the re-done outdoor pool. The new company has done alot of improvements unlike the last company. I like the staff-they are all helpful. Victor the maint. guy is great. No complaints except I can not wait for the new business center, I would be happy if that was put in before the landscaping. I just renewed it was at a higher rate but I looked around I still have the best floorplan and its a fair price.

I can't believe that you don't notice the crime in the property. You say Victor is great but what about the snotty girls in the office. Have you ever had to talk to the manager? She is so stuck up and judgemental. Me and some of the other resdients love to compare notes on what stupid thing she will say next. I guess you don't have very high standards if you think this is a great place to live.

I'm glad it's working for someone---how bout everyone who has had these outrageous rent increases? Not very sensitive of you when lives are disrupted.
