Since I moved in there has been so much police acitivity. I hate dealing wtih the office as they are so snotty. They think they are better than us residents. The young girls are nice but I think they are afraid of the manager. The office is more relaxed and inviting when the manager is not in. Don't even bother speaking with the manager, she just likes to hear herself talk and is not intersted in anything we have to say.
You can go to the city of federal way and see the crime stats for the complex. There are many calls and the one and only sex offendor on the crime stats in the reporting district came from Cascade Ridge. Nobody will care in the office, they will apologize with a rent raise.
Do yourself a favor and rent some place else. You can get treated horribly anywhere. Why pay a fortune to get talked down to and disrespected'

you had me scared about the sex offender for a quick sec- I checked the king county registery and they do not reside in our complex! Thank God, perhaps at one time but not NOW. I feel much much safer knowing that. Please check for yourself and you too will feel better! I compared crime stats to the neighboring complexs ours are not half bad- only 16 cars were stolen out of Cascade Ridge in the whole year and 30 were stolen from Glen Park. Thats only 16 out of the cities 1216 cars that were stolen. If somebody wants your car they are gonna get it, no matter where its parked. I like the office girls they actually call you back and are friendly- I don't think I have met the manager yet. So far I have been treated well, I pay my rent on time and never have any complaints placed aginst me so I have had no issues.
