As soon as Stonehaven turned into Cascade Ridge I noticed remodeling, new landscaping, new gym equipment, etc. All that stuff is attractive to new people, but it is very unfair to focus all that attention on new comers than to take care of the ones that you currently have. Instead I get a notice to renew my lease but they want to raise the rent $90! Sure that would be fair, if my apartment had new appliances, and a ceiling that does not leak. I get the shaft way back in the corner of the complex. This place's crime rate has definitely gone up since I moved in. High speed chases, car theft, swat team, you name it! But the things I do like about it is that for the most part it is quiet here in my little corner. I rarely ever hear my neighbors and it is in a very convenient location. We are near shopping, restaurants, transit centers, schools, etc. So it is hard to decide whether I want to sign another lease or venture into the unknown.

your review was true, and fair. I wish I had the quiet that you do--I can hear my downstairs neighbor snore, the walls are so thin! Plus there are 2 people on the lease and at least 5 people live there. It can get loud. I even hear their TV and phone conversations!

THE NEW STUFF IS FOR YOU TO USE TOO. I HAVE AN OLDER APARTMENT TOO BUT THAT JUST MEANS WE PAY LESS. MY CEILING DOESNT LEAK YOU SHOULD NOTIFY THE OFFICE SO YOU THEY CAN FIX IT. THE CRIME HAS GONE WAY DOWN HERE ACCORDING TO THE OFFICER AT THE NIEGHBORHOOD WATCH MEETING. THERE WERE WAY MORE PEOPLE AT THE BBQ THEN THE NIEGHBORHOOD WATCH MEETING????????? WE ALL NEED TO BE PART OF THE SOLUTION- ITS NOT FAIR TO COMPLAIN IF YOUR NOT TRYING TO BE PART OF THE SOLUTION.
