These folks are into your money and how to get more of it. They are raising the rents an average of $100 and will do it to you, too. I think they figure you spent all your money moving in and they can just keep raising your rent. Water sewer and garbage was raised to $50 for one person! I know home owners with 4 and 5 people that don't pay that much. The management has an attitude, and they really don't get that when they rent to you, they have certain responsibilities and you have certain rights. They also don't care about boundaries, they will use their leaf blowers late at night and run their lawn mowers at 7:30 am on a weekend while you're just trying to get some sleep. They probably don't want the noise while they're in the office, since they act tlike they're little princesses just merely tolerating their renters. The morale around here is very low. Oh and BTW, besides all the police flying through the complex on a regular basis, last Friday morning there were 2 full swat teams, trucks and all. Don't rent here. I'm moving as soon as my lease is over, already found a place more luxurious for a lot less rent, with managers who seem to appreciate their renters, not merely put up with them!

I THINK BY ASKING FOR MORE MONEY IT IS INCREASING THE QUALITY OF PEOPLE LIVING HERE- I HAVE SEEN HUGE CHANGES IN THE QUALITY OF PEOPLE LIVING HERE. I HAVE A TWO BEDROOM WITH THREE PEOPLE IN IT AND I PAY AROUND 50.00 A MONTH. I USE TO OWN A HOME AND MY WATER-SEWER-TRASH WAS AROUND 100.00 A MONTH SO I AM SAVING LOTS OF MONEY. THESE DAYS EVERYTHING IS GOING UP IN PRICE. I HAVE NEVER HEARD LEAF BLOWERS THAT EARLY BUT MAYBE THEY START ON YOUR SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. WHERE EVER YOU MOVE I DOUBT YOU'LL BE HAPPIER- CRAP HAPPENS EVERYWHERE- ITS THE WORLD WE LIVE IN BUT I HAVE HAD NO MAJOR ISSUES- SMALL WORK ORDERS ONCWE IN AWHILE, PARKINGS GOOD.

anyone with any sense is moving out--the high rent raises caught a lotta people by surprise, so most people are saying after this lease is up they'll be more prepared and move on. If you compare the WSG fees with a house, there's no comparison. But all the other apartments in the area either don't charge for WSG or it's a lot less. They must be more interested in the long term rental---keeping happy tenants. If you'll read all the reviews, this management is clueless, unprofessional, and could care less about the tenants.
