I've been living at these apartments for neerly 2 1\2 years. Management here has always been kind of sketchy but, every since our new owners took over (whose name is a big secrete kept by our new managers), residents are treated like a pest control problem. The air of snobbishness in the the management office is so thick it can be cut with a knife. If I had come in to this new attmosphere looking to move in I would have turned around and walked away as I did a few times before renting here. Resident concerns here are meet with rudeness and defenciveness. Instead of recieving good customer service we are talked down to. It's like they're doing us a favor by letting us live here. Many other residents that I've talked to feel just as I do. If you're thinking of moving in to Cascade Ridge do yourself a favor; DON'T! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

These are valuable comments, and from my experience, so true. The management has no respect for the tenants and our rights. They are charging us full rent, but we can't even use our own balconies, or even have a mat at the front door, due to painters. Never mind plants or chairs. They promised painting would be done by the 18th, but here it is the 25th, and we still have a big fat mess, and the smell of paint in the units. Then, after they paint, they block off your windows, and trap the fumes inside. Some one with allergies could get very ill. If they didn't paint your unit this year, they will next year, beware, it's a big mess. They need to watch their steps, they will end up with a class action lawsuit--I talked to a tenant yesterday who has spoken with her attorney because of all the mess going on with the new owners.
