I moved here about 7 months ago and I got one of the newer apartments, so no complain about the appliances. BUT, the management staff, especially the manager, at the office really SUCK big time. I'm very very dissapointed that when I moved in, my apartment is dirty and it's missing some essential like the patio door screen wasn't installed, the bathtub shower curtain bar was missing. When I request for maintainance, it took them 3 days to get to it! they told me that they didn't have the keys to my apartment and didn't even make an attempt to contact me to get the keys for me. When I asked them about this, there was no apology or anything!!!
I was steaming mad!! I think they all need to learn some common sense...seriously!
I'm not renewing my lease and moving out next month.

makes ya wonder where their heads are at. Do they hate their jobs or hate their tenants? Some people are fooled by the "improvements" but are wrong if they think the improvements are for the tenants. The improvements are only so they can raise rents and sell the apartments when they have a bunch of people in there paying sky high rent. Maybe if they were nicer and showed respect they wouldn't have all these bad comments on this site.
