This is a terrible place to live.This apartment community is not safe and management is supposed to let people out of their leases since they do not provide a safe environment for their tenants. I have been in the office and seen the stack of police reports on the desk.I am also a witness to the SWAT team coming in at 630 on a Sunday morning. Thankfully, my daughter slept through it and is too young to notice the trash walking around. Management is highly incompetant and unproffessional with no regard for the law and for tenant's rights. I am in the process of taking these fools to court.If enough tenants and former tenants rally together, a class action lawsuit will bring the place down.This advice goes to all renters, no matter where you chose to live: get EVERYTHING in writing, and know your rights as a renter.Don't be afraid of them!
