this place will fool you with their cheap upgrades. They re-did the cabana but all they did was repaint, re-floor, and get new furniture when their was nothing wrong with the old furniture. They use to charge $200 deposit, and $75 to rent, now they want $500 deposit and $150 to rent it.

They won't even allow my daughters girl scouts troop to utilize the cabana without paying the ridiculous deposit and fee. We only wanted to use it twice per month for 1.5 hours. I can't believe how greedy they are. Oh and they raised the rent, I am paying $81 more than I did before and my apartment is not upgraded and the dishwasher barely works, there is no room to put anything, you can have a barbeque and there is never any parking!

That is correct, this place has the absolute worst parking situation. I have to now pay $40 extra a month to have a guaranteed parking spot.

I can't wait until my lease is up in May. I am moving the hell out and telling everyone, BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! It sucks big fat b)))s!
