1. Poor management!
2. Tenants are not adhering to property rules.
3. Poor upkeep of playground area.
4. Poor management of Resident Retreat, especially the gym area.

There is not enough parking per building. New tenants must be bringing in two to three cars per unit!

* I repeatedly requested a bilingual sign in the gym area instructing the residents to use the antibacterial cleaner after using the equipment. This request was ignored and as a result I contracted a fungus on my hand and foot.

I contacted the main office on several issues and no one responded back to me concerning these issues.

v My toilet has a black odorous film in the tank that is really annoying.
v A request to clean the outside of my bedroom window where children have thrown mud all over it.
v My dishwasher has never worked properly. Called several times about this.
v I was told that the maintenance crew would sweep the stairwells monthly. This has been done only once during my entire tenancy.
v The heating lamp in the bathroom goes out frequently.
v I was told that children would be monitored when outside. They are not. As a result, my brand new car was damaged along with several other cars.
v Children are constantly playing in the driveways, that makes for a dangerous situation. Skateboarding, ball playing and bike riding. ATV vehicles are being driven in the parking lot.
v I have observed other tenants and their guest, smoking pot and drinking in the parking lot while in the back of their pickups.
v Loud music being played at night.
v Tenants that have pets (dogs) are not picking up after their pets.
v Kids playing on my patio and taking things and damaging my property.
v I was told that grills were prohibited. But I have seen several being used on the property.
v Only patio furniture would be allowed on patios. However, I have seen couches, bar stools and bikes.
v Kids toys, strollers and other items are being abandoned in the parking lot and play area.
v The inconsistency of the late fees being charged on the water bill. I was charged twice the amount that was indicated on my lease. When I brought it to the managements attention, nothing was done. I had to contact Comptrol Technologies personally to resolve this issue.
v Poor training of the management team. The high and frequent turn around of staff makes it difficult to establish communication with someone in the office. Staff members are very accommodating when you are considering leasing at Cascade Ridge but after the lease is signed, there is a different attitude towards the new tenant.

Loud, VEREY LOUD Latino music being played late hours during the weekends and some weeknights. Half the maintanance staft don't seem to speak english (or they pretend not to) so they dont repond when you try to get their attention about something.

Rats, racoons and other wildlife are rummaging through the garbage bins.
Every morning the bins are over flowing!

People are disposing of TV's, computer parts, monitors, furniture ie, beds, couches, loves seats.
Oh, and lots and lots of beer bottles. (These tenents must have stock in Corrona)

In closing, I have regretted my entire stay on this property. I will not recommend it and if things continue as they are, this property will loose many more decent working tenants! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!
