unsafe apartment complex and very poor management

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
i lived in this apt. 2006-2009. the first night the drug dealers upstairs were up all night, night after night we dealt with this... after months of complaining they got them out. Then one of the garages had some men living it it. Finally the mangement got them out. Then in the summer of 2009 their was a murder and the manager tried to say it was a domestic dispite. Two times I gave her the chance to say the truth both times she lied and when I called her on it she started being a witch and turning against us when we moved and said we owed money that we didn't.Since we have been their alot of people have been moving out ,especially the last 6 months because of the management and this murder. Not a very safe place. Epecially if you have kids.
