Very nice older condo style apartments.
It is very quiet day and night.
Smaller amount of units that are well mananged.
Excellent parking and plenty of it.
All units have new applinces that I know of.
Convient location to stores shops I5 167 hwy 99 and post office drug store grocery stores Fred Meyer Albertsons Winco foods Rite aid Liquioe store claeaner. ETC ETC
