Nice Apt Experience

We moved in one year ago. Lydia, the apt manager, took good care of us and screened us to make sure we would be good tenants. When we had maintenance issues, the problems were resolved by Ben, the maintenance guy, and he did a good job. The apts are safe, quiet and clean. The covered parking is nice.
We received notice that our rent would go up $100 if we didnt renew our lease so that is one negative. I thought after one year, the same rate would be applied with month to month. We are considering moving because of this but they may allow us to go month to month at the same rate.... We will see.
I highly recommend this apt.
