This was my first apartment. I'm 18 and going to college and they gave me a great deal. Noise isn't too bad although I wouldn't call it quiet. I'm afraid to drive my show trucks here (parked them at my parents place) because after about a month living here, some stuff was stolen from my car. About $400 worth of stuff. It was locked back up and nothing was broken or damaged in the process. The management are nice people but they just told me "don't leave stuff in your car around here" rather than doing anything. I'm not trying to complain; I like living here. It's pretty basic; the washer and dryer facilities are not in the apartment but they're within short walking distance. We got new carpet and the first month free. Other than the stuff being stolen, I don't have any major complaints. The neighbors are nice and I haven't felt unsafe around this apartment complex. I've been here for 4 months now and I'm leaving for the summer but I'll seriously consider coming back to The Cove for fall semester. They're always updating and improving stuff around here it seems. There's a roughed-up spot on the ceiling in my room where they apparently removed a ceiling light and painted over it. Ceiling lights in the bedrooms would be a big plus. Parking is always available and it's covered, but the parking spots are pretty compact. A full size truck or van simply won't fit in the parking spaces and unless you're a good driver, you'll nail someone else's car sooner or later. Now that I've gotten all the bad points out of the way, I must say this is a nice place to live. The bedrooms are huge with nice sized closets. The living room is huge. I have 2 full size couches, an entertainment center, and an air hockey table and there's still plenty of room to get around. The bathrooms are average sized and the kitchen is on the small side but average for an apartment. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
