I have been privileged to call the Cove Apartments home for the past year. I chose the Federal Way area to be close to work and church, but as a single woman, I had safety concerns about the area. The staff graciously walked me through several leasing choices and gave me the option of renting a unit with a garage for the safe keeping of my vehicle.

From day one the managment has been nothing but kind to me. They always call me by name and are up-to-date with the goings on of our little community. And the maintenance crew is the best -- they are not only thorough and timely in their work, they are also very friendly. Their recent improvements -- new signage, landscaping, curb inprovements, etc -- have really spruced the place up and enhanced it even more.

The style of the apartments is unique and will definitely make it difficult to give up if I ever have to move into a standard apartment in the future. The vaulted ceilings and accent walls make the apartment unique to my personal style and helps make it feel like "home". It really opens up the living room area and gives it a much larger feel.

The updated appliances are also a nice perk. Though I would prefer to have a washer/dryer in my apartment, the on-site laundry facility is conveniently located near the units, and the recent installment of rechargable laundry cards are yet another convenience.

All in all, I would rate the Cove as the #1 housing facility in Federal Way.
