My experience at The Cove has been a good one. I have dealt with the office staff on numerous occasions as well as Joan and have not found her to be unpleasant or unfair at all. I was in the office one day about a week ago when a resident was trying to move out before their lease end and the resident probably thought she was unfair because Joan did not give in but in my opinion that it on the resident... I have not seen the staff trying to get invloved in personal issues, if you think about it they really can't if you are minding your own business. Sorry you feel the way you do... The property looks great with all the upgrades and it seems to me there were probably 100 more safety issues 2 years ago, everything is being dealt with..... The person that wrote the 2-19 posting sounds like my old neighbor before I transferred...if it is you are the one miserable not The Cove.
