My experience as a resident at the Cove has been a positive one. I find the staff courteous and responsive, the facilities and grounds well-maintained, and the other residents about as respectful and considerate of others as you'd find in any neighborhood. The very few times I've had maintenance issues or noise concerns that I did not handle myself, the staff has indicated immediate concern and either already knew about the problem and had taken action or followed up immediately and I was not aware of it continuing. I very much appreciate the beautiful grounds, and there is an obvious commitment to keeping them in attractive condition, and the upkeep is excellent. All in all, a very pleasant place to live and call home.
