We thought The Cove looked like a very nice place to live. We signed a 1 year lease. The first time it rained the roof was leaking, they brought us a bucket! The next time it rained, they put a tarp on the roof! 5 months later the tarp was still there and they never fixed the roof. Needless to say we broke our lease legally and moved out of there. The management is incredibly snooty and full of poopoo. Sure, they'll be as sweet as can be when you're inquiring just to get that sale!! Not to mention the drug dealers next door and the car thieves. Don't forget to lock your door! And don't bother to complain because they don't care!
