It was okay when our car got stolen and ransacked for everything and found somewhere in Puyallup with nothing left.

It was okay when our phone started getting random charges on it to some country in Africa that apparently was made when two volcanoes erupted and made a piece of land in west Africa that someone broke into either a) the phone box outside of our apartment and made the call to or b) into our apartment and called to.

But the final straw was when we started hearing scratching noises on our wall while we had to eat our dinner. It all started about September of last year 2004. We have put about 20 calls into the apartment manager Joan (much to her dismay). The maintenance people have set up traps - and this is good - when we have had to set them up for them - yes for them because they don't have anyone available on the weekends so we end up having to empty the traps and reset them ourselves... the maintenance people will come up and empty the traps and reset the on weekdays - hooray for them... right' no.. they won't even use bait! What do they expect the rats to do - step in the traps by accident''' Oh my, I didn't even see that there!

Oh yes.. and if you read all the rest of the reviews they do party here. A lot. In fact I have a story for you.. My elderly neighbor died and her whole family came over and had a party until her rent check came due.. That sucks when that rent checks due doesn't it.
