If you can handle not being able to sleep more often than not because of screeching cars, loud music, or couples' fighting, don't live here. Its nice in most respects except noise. These people are ghetto trash act like this is a college campus. I have complained upteen times about neighors' music. I call the cops in the summertime about 1 or 2 times a week. If you have small children, work odd hours, this is not be the place for you. I've had my car broken into at least once and JOan, the old manager basically said it was my own fault that I dont' have an alarm. '' WTF'' i can't afford one. I hate my neighbors cuz they are loud and totally inconsiderate. The walls are too thin here and it looks like their was leak damage in the ceiling. Toilet clogs up, by itself, all the time. If you have any kind of standards, you can only live here a short time. So I recommend it only because its cheap, not because its great. If you want quality of life, go somewhere else! Summers and spring times are nice because of the pond and pools. But Ghettolicious is the style that's taking over this apartment complex. Too bad cuz railen, melissa, and dee dee are pretty cool.
