I have lived here for 8 years and now I'm about to move up North, ONLY due to the commute required for my new job. Its the best place to live in Federal Way. The management and maintenance crew have been here longer than I have--that speaks for how consitent the service is and how great a place to work for.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained throughout the year. The maintenance staff is efficient and everyone who works here know you by your firstname. The apartments are spacious and I have a nice view of the man-made lake. I love it so much that I don't even want to buy a house as I find it very hard to move away.

I just want to share my great experience at the Cove East community. The only regret I have is not writing up a review earlier. Sorry I waited 8 years to give feedback on the great service I get from Cove East.
