My family moved here from the Spanaway area last year and we truely feel blessed and fortunate to have found such a serene, scenic park like setting.
We came to Federal Way with an Apartment Guide book in hand and as we exited the Cove Apartments we observed Cove East. What a treasure find!!!!
The office and maintenance staff are quite pleasant and tend to your every need(s). When we did have a problem (which has been quite minimal) the maintenance staff corrected the problem within 24 hours.
I have a friend in Puyallup who is paying over $1,000 per month in rent and his apartment is not even close to being as nice as ours here at Cove East.
I recommend this apartment. Great living, quite, spacious and comfortable.
Nothing better in the Puget Sound region!!
