We have really enjoyed our experience at Cove East. The apartment lends itself to cute decorating, the deck is great for enjoying the gorgeous park and pond. The grounds are well-maintained every season, but the big flowering cherry right outside our window was our favorite in the spring. Where else in the city can you see families of little ducklings and geese right at your doorstep (as well as visiting herons and even a cormorant). The BPA trail is close by, and we often walked on the trail over to the aquatic center and down the woodland paths at Panther Lake. We found the complex to be very quiet and relaxed, and the management friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is top-notch and very prompt at taking care of any problems. We really hate to leave.
