The apts has nothing to do with cars being stolen; it?s the city and the nature of this state. I have lived here for 3 years now, and my car has been broken, and when I went to talk to the management, they told me what every manager would tell me, to report it to the police. I think the previous 2 people are right. If you pay more money you can weed out the criminal elements and not expect such immature theft behaviour. When I lived in Woodridge park (south seattle) someone tried keying my passenger door (to gain entry), that didn't happen in _any_ other apt I lived in, from bellevue to puyallup.
