About the Prometheus Realty Corporation who owns The Cove East and the Cove (across the street from the Cove East) they are a horrible horrible horrible company. I can explain further with my explanation of the Cove Apartments ratings of "rats" if you find it there. If you look under any of Prometheus' names of the buildings they own or have taken over under their main site and then go to Aparmentratings.com and read their reviews you will see the overall opion is that they have destroyed them. AND unfortunately we have rats across the street from the Cove East and I'd hate to say it but I'm sure that they're more than likely going to wander over and get it based on the same floor planning (if they're not already over there based on the older construction :(

I live at The Cove 102 SW 332 ND st fed way wa. 98023 an they take forever to fix anything, refuse to turn heat on pools. i can say the manager DeeDee an Misity are very sweet, but this apt. is not worth the price, an yes there are rats! an some very nasty people!
