I loved this place but I have to move not to have long commute for my new school and my husband's work. This place is pretty much sound proof and I had never had noise problem myself until recently. When my neighbor plays music very loud, I can hear it, but any apartment can't be 100% sound proof. I am satisfied in terms of sound proof of this place because I could even run dishwasher at midnight and my neighbor said he never heard it!
Office staffs are nice. Whenever I request maintenance, it was resolved very quickly.
I know there were vandalism on cars, but it was only once during the last three years. Wish it never happens, but it happened.
I will recommend this place to others. Actually, I recommended this place to my husband and he moved here. Then we happen to meet more often and finally fell in love and get married! :)
I have my son here, too. Personally, I will never be able to forget this place.
