Yes Cove East 'Used' to be an esxcellent place to live however this is no longer the case. Management has carelessly allowed too many troublesome people to move in and once the office is closed, things get extremely noisy.

You can hear people yelling on the other side of the complex, kids bringing their bicycles and skateboards into the pool area so they can ride them into the pool (makes me want to swim there), and very annoying adolescents bringing their stereo and blasting loud music at the hot-tub or just generally being so loud and annoying with their friends that no-one else wants to use the area. Oh, and if you have the luxury of living on the back half of the ground, look forward to people breaking into your car, stripping out your stereo's and other equipment, or just taking your entire vehicle. The so-called security here is a security car that drives through the complex maybe once every 4-5 hours.

While the place still does look nice, it's extremelly annoying to live at and I am happily moving out quite soon.
