I have lived in these apartments a little under a month and so far I think they are great! It is quite and very pretty with the landscape and ponds. All the appliances were new and clean when we moved in and the things that did need to be fixed were fixed the next day. I live in the back and after reading these reviews said that there is break in and theft I have yet to see *knock on wood* I do not know about utilities and how much power is yet. The only thing I d say is in the short time I have lived here I have already had the cops called on me and I am not generally a loud person at all so I was kind of thrown off when the police showed up at my door, and neighbors like to complain before the 11 o clock lights out when all noise is suppose to stop. So I suggest if you are noisy or like to have a few friends over to party now and then that this is probably not the place to do it seems like a bunch of people who like to nag live here. Never hear loud music or smoke smell but I guess it all depends on your apartment placement and such. I d say 8 out of 10 just like the rating sates
