Let's face it, every apt complex has their flaws; anything from thefts to disturbance, some places are so bad that the tendensy of violence can't be reprehanded. Be mindful that everyone here has their own standard of living, which can be problematic to others or just just plain irrational; as far as the whole cove east community, I myself will admit that I've done my share of bending the rules; I don't know about you folks, but it's in my natural state or habit to have my family and friends over at occassions and have caused quite a few ruccuss now and then, but none ever where it became out of control: although I've got to give my thanks to the next door neighbors, which they have been trully understanding. "it's residents like them who justifies an apt can be called HOME!" as for my part, I don't ever plan on over doing it, just because I have nice neighbors. On the other hand, based on the conditions of comments that I've read from various people' I've never personally experienced any disturbance at the pool area nor heard of kids throwing things or placing the wildlife in danger: don't get me wrong, this is my sanctuary and I will protect it whenever I could personally with or without the help of any lazy securities. I've witness some some residents who has been continously using illegal substances, and I know exactly "who or which apt's" none of my business but so long as they don't cause any violence or do illegal distributions, especially involving the kids here. This community would be better of with communication and understanding, if you have major concerns to be dealt with take it up to your neighbor and discuss it like adults; if it gets out of your hands, take them to management and have them figure out a solution so both sides can avoid the high cost of eviction or moving expenses. The last thing you wanna do is to constantly complain about little problem, you want it to stop' do something to an extent where both party can agree on; I'm sure the management did a good job on screening their tenants, so relatively most should be good people, just get to know them! Management team is fair, especially when it comes to "rent" they have to protect the companies assetts as well as to satisfy their tenants at the same time' I could never recall how many eviction notices I've recieved but yet are willing to keep you there as long as solutions and agreement are considered. Although new management has taken over, we might not recieve the same sympathy as she did "where ever she is" mean lady but a problem solver' almost 3 years since I've resided here, I've gone through hosting gatherings everyweekend, to having my dirtbike stolen out of my parking stall to laundry baskets "ridiculous but funny" attempt to fcuk with my vehicle and you will be calling the cops for help! All in all, this place is wonderful and affordable foe the luxury and the space you'll have;
And if you are prone on complaining alot' don't think that you can make a difference. You thieves out there thinking about your next motives, don't let me catch you especially if it's my things' I'll make you regret that you ever considered doing it. Be nice and don't be a ----! Greet your fellow neighbors and if you feel that you know others are wrong, stand your ground and talk it out' what's the worse that can happen' If your not at fault, you won't have the eviction letter! Protect your home if you wanna stay in it.
