I rented from the Cove over the last year. I lost my job, so decided to go back to college in Spokane. Per Cove East's instructions, I lined up another renter and his mom, a nurse well in advance of me vacating. They completed an application and credit check and submitted it. My friend's mom called to check on it for 2 months, but were told it's still being processed. They could not wait forever and rented somewhere else. Now Cove East is calling me frequently trying to bully the last 4 months rent out of me, just because they had a change of ownership and could not process my sub-lease on time, or at all!!!

What a crock of crap!! They are threatening to ruin my credit and will not let up on me. It is clearly their fault. They say that they had a change of ownership and were faxing their application and credit info to the wrong place. I DON'T CARE, they need to LAYOFF me when they know it's their fault not mine!
