I agree with everything except now 5 months later, LOUD MUSIC, 4:00am thumping, guest who appear to be gang types, everyone afraid to complain, we are on our way out. It's like sitting next to a rap thumping bass music at a stop sign, only now it's your neighborhood. I loved it here until they started letting RAP thudding, dope smoking, loud thugs infiltrate. My whole building is talking to each other about just moving out. I plan to be the 1st!

agree with all you say here. unfortunately i still live here and can not afford any place else. the problem with giving honest reviews such as this... people with higher standards will stay away, and the unscrupulous management machine will then fill the apartments with anyone as long as they can pay first and last rent up front - regardless of how they make an income. either the management here has no clue, or no concern for the tenants. there was once a time when apartment managers actually 'cared' to place people in buildings that would be compatible with the tenants needs (quiet neighbors, singles no children, etc). now they dont... you can have an elderly couple on low income who cant opt out by escaping to another location... 'inflitrated' as you say with irresponsible children whom obviously had a co-signer get them in the apartment, no regard for others and the entire community just stinks having to police and parent your neighbors. no one wants to live being required to complain constantly just to have basic needs met such as getting sleep in your own home, or not feeling afraid to leave your apartment after dark! i loathe the management here, just too young/clueless in interpersonal skills and all about the business major skills... but, love the natural environment. too bad it can't be a community for adult living; let the riff raff move out and stay away - wish good people like yourself would stay. i know what you're talking about and i've watched spoken with each quality neighbor in the building i live in too, as they moved away. good luck to you

Why dont' you try talking to the management. If they know who is causing the problem I am sure they would be happy to solve it.
