I like my apartment. It's big, it has a washer and dryer and I don't have to pay utilities. The price is really good that's why I moved here in the first place.
No, it's not the most beautiful, and I don't have a gym or indoor pool or even a cabana, but I never used it at any other place anyway. Parking sucks right now, but they are doing construction, so people are being moved a lot. Staff is friendly but can't always help out with the parking situation because of the construction. I wouldnt let my kids play outside because it's not a place for kids to run free (lots of cars, etc) but they are loving the new playground. The hallways are old, but have new carpet and paint and smell a lot better now. Maintenance is REALLY good...If I ask once, it's done within a couple days...I have friends who pay $1000 a month and wait weeks for little things to get fixed. Once the construction stuff is gone, I'm sure I'll really love the place, but for now, I just ignore the parking lot and just enjoy the space inside my apartment. I also have a good view of the sound in the fall, so overall, if they keep their word about the improvements, I'll be happy. If not, I'll move when Im making more money. But generally, it's a lot better than before, and I'm not looking to move any time soon...
