Stinks all the time!

I didnt know this was a smoking building when we signed the contract, I cant stand how it smells like smoke all the time, it seaps in to our apartment from all sorts of places, and the hallway has cigarrette buds on the carpet all the time. If it doesnt smell like smoke it smells like some other rotting odor.
