Ants and stench are the main two words I would use to describe these apartments. I signed a one year lease because the apartments are huge, the utilities are paid for, it was cheap, and the doors had controlled access so you had to have a key to get in. Well, the building is all closed up because of the controlled entry and the hallways smell like nasty butt, mildew and smoke all the time. I don't have the smell in my apartment, but being surrounded by it makes my clothes smell like it and it is embarrassing. The ants are everywhere, no matter how clean you keep your apartment, and the supposed exterminators that come do nothing. I also saw a couple cockroaches in my kitchen once. My lease is up in a month, and I will be leaving. I will never live here again, and would not recommend these apartments to anyone unless you are a drug dealer or a prostitute. I have a prostitute that lives above me and her pimp beats her. I can hear him throwing her around all the time.

Thanks for letting us know. We renters must stick together and share info about the apartments we're about to move in because it's our money they're playing with. We worked hard for our money just to live comfortably and avoid all these hassles that we dont have to deal with. Thanks a lot. You saved me headaches, time, and money.
