I hate these apartments - not because of loud apt life - or ghetto neighbors - but because we have a very rude and unprofessional manager - she doesn't even say hello to her residents - she doesn't open the office on time - and what is 10am about - any other complex opens at 9am - I've yet to see ------ in the office that early - it must be nice she creates her own schedule - she doesn't return phonecalls - and we went almost 2 weeks before they fixed my washer - ok they don't offer laundry facilities at all - so that was real nice of them. If you have an option - do not live here while ------ is in charge - many of us hate her and want her gone - let me hear your thoughts...

How sad. I bet your sitting by the office door waiting for her huh hevery monrning at 9:30, right? NOT!If your that unhappy with where you live, maybe you should find somewhere else to live. The manager shouldn't be there to kiss your butt and make your day by saying hello. Get a life. You sound bored and obviously in need of a life....along with a hobby. Get one. Better yet, get a day job. You prolly sit in your apt, letting people like us who work pay for your sorry butt on welfare cause you can't stop popping out kids!

I actually like her. She's way cool to talk to, easy on the eyes, and helpful when I have a maintenance order to put in. She cleaned up the place so why you gotta be hatin?

I've gone through other apt profiles inhere, and it seems this one is not the only one who people say the manager is never there, orlate, or lazy. 10 yrs ago I was a manager, and I always heard the complaints about how something didn't happen quick enough for someone living there. Moral of the story: Complainers are everywhere. It's the easiest thing to do in life....complain that is.

sorry - but when I am paying my rent and doing my part as a tenant your damn right I expect curtiousness and professionalism at all times even if I am late on rent regardless, it's called being a professional - if my manager is going to be all emotional about stuff it just really questions her decisions and actions. No hard working individual deserves to be cussed at and hung up on by anybody they deal with on a business level - thats downright childish - as well as those sitting on welfare - don't judge you don't know peoples backgrounds or situations!

Wow...a human being who's emotional. Yeah thats not called being unprofessional thats just people in general. Maybe if you walked a day in her shoes you'd realize being professioanl doesn't always work out, esp. when you're dealing with people who are either drunk/irate/prejudice/or angry for other reasons. Maybe she was approached in a hostile manner and thats how she came back. I would too!! No one should think just because she sits in an office that she deserves to be yelled at or better yet have her private life strewn about the complex by an immature resident. People have no right to do that ever.

yeah - well - it's also very immature for a person to go out of their way so bad to get 4 kids homeless, when rent was paid everymonth, over a personal reason in a professional relationship - but one who does not take care of her kids would never have the full meaning of cause and effect on innocent children as long as you pay yoour childsupport, right? Not to mention complaining on bent blinds when there's a square cut into her own blinds. Shall I mention if one doesn't want her personal business strewed through the complex - well then keep it professional or SHUT UP! One more thing - hilltop never - better off then you always!
