We are moving out soon, so we're happy to have bought our house, but on the same hand, sad to leave. Our neighbors were so nice to us, our friends liked where we lived and our apt., and it was a nice community feeling. The pool was great in the summer, as long as kids weren't unsupervised, the cabana was great for holding our candle parties at, and the manager always kept things running smoothly. She went out of her way to make sure the building was reserved for us when we needed it. Our apartment had a few maint. issues, but were quickly taken care of by maint. tech's. We never have to worry about cars being dumped and left in the parking lot, cause I've seen Candie more than once out there walking around checking out cars and putting notices on them. I'm glad she cared enough about our parking to keep it cleaned up. She did a great job, and I hope people learn to appreciate what she does for them on a larger scale.

In response to your review, Candie is not looking out for us all here living at Crosspointe. SHe is discriminatingly dividing up the community here. She has been targeting moslty the minorities and the tenants who are paying their rent on time and abiding by the rules. I don't think she cares about anyone living here except for herself and as long as she is getting a paycheck. She doesn't crack down on the children who are out late at night waaaayyyy after hours riding their bikes and making heavy amounts of noise during the school break times of the year. She doesn't get rid of vehicles that are abandoned on the apartment's lot. I know of a particular maroon colored van that was abandoned and parked on the lot that was sitting there for almost over a year (hadn't moved, expired tabs, etc...) and there was no action taken for that vehicle to be moved. I personally think she is the worst manager that Crosspointe has had to date.

I moved out a few months ago and my new roommate isn't working out so I am planning on moving back in because I liked it so much there. I was there for 18 months. And I am a minority. I never had any roblems there. In fact, Candy was very nice the few times I needed anything done in my apartment. Scott, the maintenance guy, is very professional and waves to people as they are on their way in or out. After reading so much negativity on this website I had to write. I will also copy and make it a main message. Candy cleaned the place up and kept a lot of riff raff out. I even had my car broke into, but that was when I first moved in, so I am not saying everything is perfect, but it is greatly improved.
