staff is terrible prejudice and emotional - if you piss her off she will do everything in her power to affect someones livlihood - very unprofessional and childish - we all have circumstances in or lives to bring us to apartments - but take my word for it - theres a very high risk of dealing with drama not from other tenants, but from the manager herself -

yeah - and the parking sucks too - should I mention on how long it took the great on top of it manager and staff to clean up the "big toy" at the park when some apparently teens or pre-teens based off of content - totally wrote all kinds of x-rated and xxx-rated comments all over. Several kids being exposed to that kind of vulgar - of course the manager herself has quite the vulgar mouth too - so maybe she didn't notice after several kids complained about the nastiness. So if that is prompt to you - ok - thats why I am leaving to my 4brdrm house!!!!!!!

lol thats funny....sounds like ya'll couldn't make rent and got put thru the system of being kicked out! It's sad when people make up things...hopefully karma doesn't kick your ass. :D Namaste.

everytime I see ------ she smiles and says hi to me. Dresses nice, very professional and I think good at her job. Sorry you had a bad exp. but mine was great!!

Like I said...jaded resident there. The main comment is her's and so is the "happtoleavecrosspointe" one. She was not the right fit for our community even with our help. I'm sure she'll find someplace to fit in. :) We wish her the best of luck even though she was unhappy with living here.

I agree.. Parking sucks and the on-site management along with Targa Real Estate are a pathetic group of children. Lived there for over a year now, and it seems like they just ignore your calls or think up some new excuse on why they didn't receive your call. They will be caught with their lies as soon as I move out. Not even worried. I will take those bastards out. Yes sir...
