*Racist
*Likes to hang up in her tenant's face
*Targets tenant's vehicles that have proper tabs and are running properly
*Doesn't care about the tenants well-being and safety
*Dismisses the cleanliness of the grounds, pool, or property as a whole

Overall, the apartment stinks when it comes to the living. Maintenance like to take their precious-ass time to complete work orders around the complex. It's all just a pity and a shame. There is always families moving out due to the lack of committment from the staff to make sure all is equal and fair. That is why I am in the process of contacting the Fair Housing Authority and waiting for my lease to be up so I can find a much better living establishment. This place sucks straight ASS!

The feeling is mutual. I once lived there as well and was mistreated. It took me a while just to even find a place for my Family and myself after leaving that trash-hole dump of an apartment complex. SHe made sure to not give a good word to the places that I was trying to get settled into. She is the ----- in disguise. This ----- is just makin more and more enemies. All I know is GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY and eventually she is goin to get what is coming to her in the end. Karma's a real ------! Ya feel me!?! Take care.

I have lived at crosspoint for almost a year, and yes, maintenance is slow to respond but that's because there is only one maintenance guy working, I hear they are in the process of finding someone to help carry the load. As far as thinking that there is disrespect and lack of caring through the community, I have never raised a fuss or caused any problems and I have no issues with either my vehicle nor getting respect from management, I have found that she is very cooperative and understanding. I think that your hate and discontent comes from a lack of self responsibility, and a sense of pride and respect in your own community. If people wouldn't send their little kids to take the trash out knowing that they can't reach the dumpster properly, the trash would end up in the dumpsters. Take that split second when you see trash on the ground to do your part and show pride in your apartment complex, pick it up and throw it away. Take a look at your actions and lack of responsibility to your community before you think that one person dictates your future. If your having issues, look at what you do and how you interact with people, and perhaps you will see a change. Remember the world doesn't owe you a damn thing, you create your own world and you owe it to yourself to make it the best you can.

YES I AGREE WHOLE HEARTEDLY....I LIVED THERE FOR JUST OVER 3YRS AND BOY LET ME TELL YOU - CANDY IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL SHE HAD THE NERVE TO POST ON A PUBLIC MYSPACE PROFILE HOW SHE HATES ------- AND THE LOW INCOME, I STILL HAVE THE PROOF IF SHE TRIES TO DENIE IT, AND SHE MADE SURE TO TURN ME DOWN FOR CAR CREDIT, TRIED WITH FURNITURE RENTAL, AND TALKED SO MUCH ---- ABOUT ME TO MY NEW LANDLORD THAT THAT WAS HALF THE REASON THEY GAVE ME A CHANCE.
