Save your money and piece of mind. This place looks nice from the outside, the office staff seem friendly. But when you sign the contract everything darkens. We had a leaky tub for 6 months, water going out to nothing. We called at least 10 times and each time promised someone would be there in 24 hours. I stayed home a couple of times because the maintenance man was supposed to be there. He never showed and I missed work. We had a light fixture dangling from the ceiling since we moved in, a year later it finally was fixed, after several phone calls. We had an oven that didn?t work for 3 months, yet they never reduced our rent, and I had to call to remind them every week. Then when we finally moved out, we disconnected the dryer vent hose, my brother in law who is a fire fighter looked inside the vent and discovered it went out to an interior wall, not hooked up to any piping. He stated this was a extreme fire hazard and against fire regulations. He isn?t a firefighter for Federal Way so he couldn?t do anything. We never had our chimney cleaned despite the fact we used the fire place all winter, they never responded to our request. They had the parking lot repaved last year. They supposedly put flyers on all the doors to tell tenants to move their vehicles. My poor neighbor, who just had a baby had her car towed, cause she didn?t get a flyer, neither did we, and there she was home alone with a newborn and no vehicle. We only missed the towing because we were at work. Never did we see any flyer. After talking with other tenants about 10 others had their cars towed in our area alone, cost them each $150.00 to retrieve them. When I inquired in the office about this I was told "If people would read the flyers and not just tear them off their doors they would have known" When I replied that "I didn?t see one either", I was responded to with a shrug and the comment "Don?t know what to tell you". They have to know there are kids running through the apts. and quit possibly found it humorous to take the notes. I don?t know, but the customer service doesn?t exist in this place.

Spend your money elsewhere, this place doesn?t deserve your business.
