This resident didn't give notice and royally screwed up the apartment when they moved out.
The only reason these people don't think we love our residents is because this person continually broke the rules.
If they would have given the forwarding address which responsible people do, they would have received their notice to pay. State law says we are to send the notice to the last know address, which we did. If this person wants proof, call us and we can show it to you.
Don't blame us for not doing what is your resonsibility to do.
As far as the problem that this person had with another resident.. could you inform the office staff' We have nothing about this or we would have investigated like we always do. We are sorry that happened, but don't blame us if you didn't tell anyone.
