TO THOSE OF YOU THAT CURRENTLY LIVE AT ENCHANTED WOODS AND THOSE THAT ARE THINKING ABOUT MOVEING HERE,
If you are not a Washington State judge or a Washington State lawyer "Run for the hills!!" Run far, far away from Enchanted Woods. Enchanted Woods new owners and management are breaking Washington State laws. Please carefully read and make note about what I am about to tell you. I have spent hunderds of hours in "law Librarys" and even speaking with lawyers:
If you are currently still under a Pinnacle lease agreement or a Glasier lease agreement DO NOT sign anything with our new management ( Guardian ).Under Washington State Law "Landlord Tenant Act" your lease agreement is a "legal binding contract"not only does it bind you to what you agree to and signed but it also binds our new owners. When Guardian bought Enchanted Woods they also bought our leases. Guardian Management is using the ignorance of their residents to break the laws. They have done it to some of our residents already ( me included. ) The problem with me is I am not ignorant to the Washington State Laws. If Guardian continues to break the laws I will have no choice but to use my rights as a U.S. citizen. I will call every news station, every news paper, the States Attorney Generals Office, the Goveners Office, the Senaters Office and the Mayors Office in the State of Washington. I will not stop fighting for our rights as Washington State Residents until Guardian is legally stoped. You will know I posted this message the day you see my face plasterd all over the news stations in Washington. Guardian has pushed the wrong person one to many times.
