When I first moved to these apts nine years ago it was pretty nice. Since then the owners/management has changed and the place has gone down hill. The noise is terrible, there are police there all the time. Last summer there were two shootings. I requested some maintainance to replace the weather stripping on my door and it was 10 months later that they showed up to fix it, and that is just one incident.
