I agree w/below they are slowly cleaning up

They have been doing a much better job at work orders and I think they are doing a good job of cleaning this place up. The "inside" and the outside. There are alot of empty apartments around here, but it sure is less noisy w/those trouble makers gone. The people they have been moving in are a big improvement. Good job new guys. I would not want your job.
