When I saw the flyer, I thought there must be a catch. I drove to the property on Sunday afternoon to check it out after hours. The management and maintenance staff were working. They welcomed me in and showed me the whole property. I filled out an application. I was approved Monday morning and now I'm living here. I really like everything about it so far.
