If that was the last manager that posted that....she wouldn't of said check through Federal Way police....King County Sherrifs have jurisdiction at EW not Federal Way Police. Its unincorporated king county...geez
No one likes what they read, but if people are being honest so be it. now lets talk about the dropped rents' prices are like they were back in the late 90's. It has been almost a YEAR, 365 days, 52 weeks since this place has had new owners/mgmt. so far the last year any and all upgrades, complaints, GOOD & BAD things going on is all from new mgmt. NO ONE any longer can blame any of the above on old mgmt. its all under a new name now.
FYI I have more important things to do than to check on this site constantly where I am at my property is doing awesome. I was told to look on here because of the words old Mgrs. Whatever, get over it, everyones opinion is different. I personally didn't mind living there heck some of my kids grew up here we were known well in the community/schools. You can never pick your neighbors. But you can pick what will be conveinant for you and your family. The area is nice the elementary school staff is awesome. I do like the new stairs you have between A & B bldg. Glad you had the money to do that it needed it for years. Take Care Melanie
