Let me get this straight...Not many has brought attention to the positive to Enchanted Woods. My family and i have been here since 98', my daughter had won a good samaritan award for a letter she had written about being thankful, she took the gift certificates bought herself and her siblings each something with them (sounds to me like a young neighbor i'd like to have), young residents helping new residents with moving in (wonderful communtiy members), staff members working on their "off" days doing something on the property just because it needs to be done,swiming pool, hot tub, excercise room (ALL of which is an ammenity look the word up if you forgot what that means), close loacations to parks when was the last time YOU took your household out to enjoy life'( you havent cause they are out on the property everyday looking for something to do) How many of you on your own time told the management "thank you" for what they've done' (getting rid of partiers (takes up to 2 months),bad maint. staff (won't know until the poop hits the fan), pool parties (free food,gifts, games for this huge community pretty spendy i bet), activities (the personal time staff members & residents take to do these activities), birthday cards they send out every month (i do remember hearing ONE little girl from her moms car yelling at the managers THANK YOU FOR THE BIRTHDAY CARD),community rummage sales (best way to make money,clean up your closest), use of their phone, faxes, even for their ears when they sit and listen to you leak fluids from your face about your bad life (even though the staff may have it hard too)' (oh but wait they say this place is a nightmare)NOT!

What i have witnessed with present and past neighbors in this community is there are a select few that have nothing better to do then pick the negatives, didn't your mom ever tell ya if you don't have nothing nice to say dont say it at all' I've transferred apartments a few times here at Enchanted Woods and my neighbors have always been great! we keep up our stairwells (by sweeping, rinsing all on our own)we are out side watchin' our kids continuously, lookin' out for one another in any means whether it be a new face in the community, a young resident gettin' hurt, etc. I think many feel apartments should feed them with a silver spoon. YOU NEED TO GET A HOUSE IN THE BOONIES "oh wait then you'd actually have to maintenance your home by yourself" have you got your plunger' So my last words to you are when you arrive at Enchanted Woods look to see how friendly the staff & residents are, do you see a lot of smiling, laughing, even waving to one another just to say HI! because their happy!!!! You others obviously have too high expectations of Apartment communities and should never be released into society in an apartment community. Sincerely happy at Enchanted Woods in Federal Way, WA USA.

P.S. As far as crime....Federal way is a huge area divided into like 5 areas and the Camelot area has 3 times more crime than this Lakeland area... you obviously didn't read the monthly crime report. duh! :)
