on one has lived here for 10 years. cars get vandalized and stolen. booming home and car stereos all day and night. cars burning there tires all the time. the only way you can sleep threw the night is if you drink until you pass out !!! Quiet - thats a joke !

Thats about right. New mngt from Oregon is as clueless as the druggies that used to run this place. They couldnt toss thier friends(dealers) out,huh.
