My wife and I had a good experience here. We had great neighbors and never a problem with management. It's very quiet and the park that is located in the center of the complex was perfect for our kids. The grounds are very well kept and it's close to the freeway. The only negative was that our rent was raised once a year after we became month to month and there was a gutter problem on our bluilding. Our garage flooded with a couple inches of water during a record setting weak of rain. They didn't stiff us on our deposit and kept only what was already known to be non-refundable. We would have stayed had we not bought a home. I would recommend these townhomes to anyone looking for apartment living in the Federal Way area.
