The one bedroom apt we had was small. We had an apartment facing 348th street, very loud during the summer and no AC so you have to have the windows open. Seriously the noise during the summer can go till 1am. Relatively safe except for your car lots of break ins. It was bearable most of the time but it just got too expensive. $730 for a 1 bedroom. Not worth the price! On the corner of a very busy intersection. Traffic is horrendous onto 348th street (Morning, afternoon from 12:00-2:00). Nice pool good workout area, thats it though.
